If you're like me, when your dryer lint builds up, you just pull it out and throw it away. However, someone has created a website dedicated to useful things you can actually do with the stuff. For example, did you know you can use dryer lint to make clay, to build a birds nest, and to use as padding when shipping items in the mail. To check out everything you'd ever want to know about dryer lint, the link is below:

Guys, did you ever wish there was a website that you could have your significant other check out to become a better wife? Well, you're in luck! Snopes dot com features a list of 10 steps to a good marriage. There's only 1 problem, it was taken from a 1950's home economics textbook. It really is funny how times have changed over the years. For example, it says that a woman should have the meal ready for her man when he walks in the door, make sure the house is clean, get his slippers out, never complain, and always listen to what he has to say. Can you imagine that happening today? You can check it all out below:

Thumbsuckers of the world unite. You have nothing to lose but your shame. That's the idea behind the support group web site ThumbSuckingAdults.com which offers a safe haven for adults who still seek comfort from sticking that famous digit in their mouth. The site has been up and thumbing since 1998, says its founder, who only goes by the name Harvey. And it has reportedly helped thousands of adults realize they're still thumb-body even if they suck. Thumbsucking is a compulsive habit, says Harvey, which helps people "zone out" and relax to deal with stress. Check it out below:

Today's site is one that is very close to my heart. It's Mitchell Animal Rescue which I am proud to say that I am a part of.  Mitchell Animal Rescue is a small group of people who are committed to helping the pets in Mitchell's Animal Shelter.  One way they help them is by advertising them to help find them new homes.  If the animals don’t get adopted before their time is up, they make arrangements for them to go into foster care. Of course, they can always use donations to help cover the costs of advertising and rehoming the homeless animals.  If you don't have any money to give to help with food, litter, medical bills, advertising, etc..., there are ways internet users can help without spending any extra money.  Check out  iSearchiGive or GoodSearch.com. Mitchell Animal Rescue is run on a volunteer basis - none of the members get paid for any of the work they do to help the animals.  We do this because we love animals and want all adoptable animals to find loving families. If you'd like to know more, the link is below.

With today being International Museum Day, I thought it would be fun to find a crazy Museum out there and tell you about it. I found the Hamburger Museum, Daytona Beach, FL -- While collector and curator Harry Sperl is of German descent, he is (sadly) not from the city of Hamburg. Nonetheless, he owns the world's biggest collection of hamburger related items, including banks, biscuit jars, clocks, hats, magnets, music boxes, slat and pepper shakers, stuffed toys, towels, and plenty of Hamburglar action figures. The museum is located in his house. Key artifacts: The hamburger waterbed and the hamburger motorcycle.
