Mitchell School Board Receives Clean Audit

The Mitchell School Board received a clean audit for the 2012-2013 school year.  Jonathan Guenther of ELO made the presentation at Monday night’s school board meeting.

Also, an evaluation of Mitchell Schools Superintendent Joe Graves was postponed until the March meeting, as only three of the five board members were in attendance.  Teresa Kriese was absent from last night’s meeting.  Rick Johnson continues to recover from a stroke he suffered in December.  He is recovering in Rochester, Minnesota.  Over 500 people attended a benefit for the Johnson family held Sunday night at John Paul II Elementary School in Mitchell.
