A Parkston man was seriously injured after being pinned under a tractor on Wednesday. 57-year old Douglas Bormann was doing some dirt work on his property Wednesday afternoon. He drove onto an incline, and the tractor tipped. Bormann was pinned underneath it. Firefighters freed him, and he was then airlifted to a hospital with injuries described as serious.
The hearing on the appeal of his indefinite suspension by the NFL has tentatively been set for Nov. 5 and 6.
