MITCHELL, SD (Mitchell Now) — The Mitchell Community Scholarship Fund’s 23rd annual Radiothon fundraiser is set for Monday, Feb. 23, airing from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on KOOL 98-3 and KMIT through the Mitchell Radio Group.

Organizers say the Radiothon raises money to help provide scholarships for graduating seniors at Mitchell High School and Mitchell Christian School.

Listeners can support the fundraiser by calling in a pledge during the broadcast. Pledges will also be eligible for prize drawings, including a 65-inch smart TV, an iPad provided by Tech Solutions, and two tickets to the MHS Show Choir Cabaret.

The scholarship fund’s Radiothon is in its 23rd year and is one of the group’s annual community fundraising events focused on local students.
