Media Advisor– Mitchell, SD

As a Media Advisor, you’ll help local businesses grow using Google Ads, targeted digital display, streaming audio, and radio. You’re not pushing a product. You’re building a plan that gets your clients more leads, calls, and customers, and you can show them the results.

- Sales experience in any industry: retail, auto, insurance, wireless, B2B, hospitality
- Comfort starting conversations and following up
- Curiosity about how businesses work and how marketing drives results
- Self-motivation; you don’t need someone telling you what to do next
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Part-Time On-Air Announcer/Sports Play-by-Play
Mitchell Media Group is hiring for an experienced part-time on-air announcer. A minimum of 2 years’ on-air experience of sports play-by-play experience is preferred. We are the top stations in the Mitchell, South Dakota market. We pride ourselves on being “Live and Local,” featuring the area’s best weather, news, and sports coverage. Duties include (but not limited to): a weekend air shift, board op ball games, play-by-play for area ball games, commercial production, and website/social media content.
The ideal candidate will also possess a strong desire to be an active part of our listening community. We serve Mitchell, SD, a city of 15,000 people, and several smaller towns within a 50-mile radius. Wages are competitive.
