CENTERVILLE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) South Dakota Representative Richard Vasgaard has died following a farming accident near Centerville. Vasgaard, who represented District 16 covering Lincoln, Turner, and Union counties, was remembered for his service to both his constituents and the state’s agriculture industry.
