DWU Baseball/Softball with GPAC games in Nebraska today, Tiger Track & Field teams competing in Wildcat Classic, Twins look for redemption tomorrow & Timberwolves vs Pistons tomorrow

DWU Baseball

The Tiger baseball team will be playing today on the road. They will be in Crete, NE at the Doane Ballfield Complex for a doubleheader taking on Doane (NE). The first pitch will be at 12:30pm. 

DWU Softball

The Tiger softball team will be on the road this afternoon. They are going to Omaha, NE to take on the College of Saint Mary (NE). It is a doubleheader and the first pitch will be at 3pm in Heritage Park. 

DWU Track & Field

The Tiger track & field teams will each be competing today. They’ll be in the Wildcat Classic in Wayne, NE and it is a two-day event. Start time is at 1pm for both the men and the women. 

MLB

The Minnesota Twins opened their season yesterday against the Baltimore Orioles on the road. Both teams were scoreless through six innings of play, but the two runs scored by Baltimore in the bottom of the seventh was enough to get a 2-1 win over Minnesota. The two teams will play again on Saturday at 3:05pm on MLB TV/FS1. 

NBA

The Minnesota Timberwolves will be at home for their next game tomorrow. They’ll be at the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN hosting the Detroit Pistons. Tipoff will be at 4:30pm on ABC.
