Flags Flying At Half-Staff For State Legislator

MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Flags at the State Capitol are at half-staff in honor of former lawmaker John McIntyre, who passed away Tuesday at the age of 94. McIntyre served in the South Dakota House from 1999 to 2000 and in the Senate from 2001 to 2002.
