PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Governor Larry Rhoden’s new “Governor’s Resilience and Infrastructure Task Force,” or GRIT, wrapped up its first meeting last week. The group brings together state officials, utility leaders, and cybersecurity experts to assess risks, advise on policy, and strengthen South Dakota’s critical infrastructure.
