Mitchell Mosquito Spraying To Begin Thursday At 9:00 P.M.

MITCHELL, SD (Mitchell Now) — As promised, more details have been released for Thursday’s mosquito spraying in the city of Mitchell.

Parks and Recreation Department officials have posted on Facebook that fogging should begin at 9:00 p.m. and won’t be concluded until 1:00 a.m. or so. Residents are urged to stay away from the spraying equipment and shut any open windows at their house or apartment.

It is recommended that pets and people should stay inside for the four hours crews will be at work.
