Bridgewater – Patricia Ann Loneman, 93, went to her heavenly home Sunday, December 10 at the Diamond Care Center in Bridgewater. Funeral mass will be Saturday, December 16 at 10:30 am at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Armour. Visitation will be Friday, December 15 from 5 to 7 pm, with a prayer service at 7:00 pm, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Armour. Arrangements by Koehn Bros. Funeral Home in Armour.

Patricia was born October 29, 1930 to Thomas and Anna (Griffin) McDonald. She was raised on a farm near Letcher, SD and graduated from high school in 1948. Patricia married Leo Loneman on February 6, 1952 and they began their life together farming near Armour, SD. Pat stayed busy raising five children and helping with the farm. She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Armour, was a member of the Alter Society, and an Extraordinary Eucharistic Minister for many years. Her faith was a central part of her life that she passed on to her children. Pat shared the last years of her life with her new family at Diamond Care Center in Bridgewater, SD.

Grateful to be blessed with a wonderful mother are Mary (Duane) Verzani, Mitchell SD; Paul (Mary Lou) Loneman, Menno SD; Carol (Greg) Hansen, Hospers IA; Mark Loneman, (Dawn Sommer) Sioux Falls SD; Tammy (Tim) Kaltenbach, Miller SD. She is survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leo, a grandson, Eric Loneman, a sister, Veronnica and 2 brothers, Thomas and Urban.

The family will be forever grateful to the caring staff at Diamond Care Center and Avera Hospice for your kindness and compassion while caring for our mom at the end of her journey.
