Mitchell Golf

The Kernel boys golf team is set to compete tomorrow morning. They will have a Varsity Invitational vs Pierre on the road at Pierre Hillsview Golf Course at 10am.

DWU Soccer

The Tiger soccer teams were in action yesterday, though the women’s game was just an exhibition. The men took on Mount Mercy and fell by a score of 2-1. DWU will play again tomorrow against St. Ambrose (IA) in Davenport, Iowa at St. Vincent’s Athletic Complex at 2pm.

DWU Golf

The Tiger men’s golf team gets their season rolling today. DWU will compete in the Mount Marty Invitational at 10am. It’ll be at the Hillcrest Golf & Country Club. It is a two-day event and will continue tomorrow after today’s action.

MLB

The Minnesota Twins struggled in their latest outing against the Chicago White Sox. Minnesota couldn’t muster up a run and got shut out by a score of 8-0. The Twins will be off today but get back to it tomorrow against the Toronto Blue Jays.

WNBA

The Minnesota Lynx took on the Indiana Fever yesterday and got the win. They won by a score of 97-84. Minnesota was led by Napheesa Collier in her return to the court where she dropped game-high 32 points and reeled in nine rebounds. The Lynx will play again in Thursday against the Seattle Storm.
