A Minnesota man and two Alabama residents have been identified as the three people who died Monday afternoon in a multiple-vehicle crash 13 miles west of Sioux Falls.

Preliminary crash information indicates a 2014 Ram 3500 was traveling westbound on I-90 near mile marker 382 at around 4:15 PM.  The Ram sideswiped multiple vehicles before crossing into the eastbound lane and crashing head on into a 2018 Thor Motor Coach RV.  Both vehicles were engulfed in fire destroying identifying features and documents.

Both lanes of traffic on I-90 in the vicinity of the crash scene were temporarily closed down and rerouted to alternate routes.

The driver of the 2014 Ram 3500, 32-year old Oday Qabsees of Oakdale, Minnesota, sustained fatal injuries.

The driver of the 2018 Thor Motor Coach RV, 58-year old Stephen Hudson of Grand Bay, Alabama, and a passenger, 60-year old Brenda Hudson, also of Grand Bay, Alabama, both sustained fatal injuries.
